Recently, industrial applications from all over the country

Starting from the major demands of China's medical and health protection, canopy materials and dust filtration, this project has broken through the key technical bottlenecks of key industrial textiles processing, and has drawn up 3 topics: key technologies and industrialization of protective materials for medical and health protection, manufacturing technology and functional cover materials, and key technologies and industrialization of high-performance functional filtration materials.

Among them, the key processing technology and industrialization of medical protection materials are jointly declared by our county Zhuang Jie nonwovens and Donghua University.

It is understood that this project will break through the key technology of high melt blown electret and medical three anti SMXS spinning and integration, realize the high shielding, comfort and low cost of non-woven protective materials, complete the scale replacement of new high efficiency medical protective materials, break through the key technology of PTFE based resin composite and PVC modification, realize the goal of lightweight, self-cleaning and anti-aging of canopy materials; break through the key technology of dry material nonwoven forming, low damage needling spunlace reinforcement and functional finishing, and realize the industrialization application of high filtration efficiency, low resistance, long life and high temperature resistant filter material.

"When the project is completed, it reaches the international advanced level. The new output value is 10~14 billion yuan, the new profit is 130 million yuan, and the new tax revenue is 70 million yuan.
