    School of Arts, Inner Mongolia University

    It was founded in 1957 on the basis of the Inner Mongolia art school, and was approved by the State Education Commission in 1987.

    In the course of more than 50 years of development, the school of art of Inner Mongolia University has trained a large number of national art talents, making great contributions to the inheritance, development and prosperity of Mongolian folk art.

      


    Now, the academy has gradually developed into the center of Arts Education and research in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and the training base for Mongolian arts talents throughout the country.

    The college now covers an area of 40394 square meters, with a total construction area of 46626 square meters, including 27440 square meters of teaching rooms and auxiliary rooms.

    There are 6 departments of art design, art, music, dance, film and TV drama performance, public affairs management (culture and Art Management), and 1 secondary art schools attached to it.

    There are 13 art majors (including 34 professional directions), including art design, art design, fine arts, painting, animation, sculpture, musicology, music performance, composing and composing techniques, broadcasting and hosting art, dance choreography, performance (dance performance, dance performance and education, international dance, film and television performances, duer performance, costume design and performance), public affairs management (culture and Art Management), including adult professional and late undergraduate.

    The vast numbers of teachers have achieved fruitful results in the fields of national music theory, Mongolian musical instrument reform, literature and art, and so on. Teachers and students have won numerous awards in professional competitions at home and abroad, and have participated in various performances and exhibitions at home and abroad for many times, and won wide acclaim from society.

    Over the past 50 years, the college has trained more than 5000 outstanding artistic talents with both ability and integrity.

    For example, De Dema, La Su Rong, alteng Ole, Teng Ko Erh, Li Zhen, Ao Deng Ge Le, Kang Shaohui and many other outstanding artists enjoy good fame both at home and abroad.
