He suggested increasing investment in knitting, weaving, clothing, home textiles, printing and dyeing and industrial textiles and forming a complete textile industry chain in Xinjiang.

From the China Textile Industry Association, the 19 textile management departments of the Xinjiang and Xinjiang provinces and the representatives of some 20 well-known domestic textile enterprises agreed that China's textile industry, especially the cotton spinning industry, has reached the critical period of structural adjustment and industrial pfer.
