Alternative labor shortage

However, compared with the improvement of the industrial chain, Xingcheng swimsuit industry is facing more urgent problems.

Nowadays, the average wage of swimsuit staff in Xingcheng has exceeded 2000 yuan, but enterprises are still facing the problem of shortage of workers in varying degrees. Therefore, in a sense, Xingcheng's rivals are not Guangdong, Fujian, Jiangsu and Zhejiang, but Anhui, Henan and other garment industries.

Breakout of emerging industries

"Xingcheng swimsuit as a new industry cluster, imperfect industrial chain, lack of migrant workers and other issues is the inevitable stage of the development of industrial clusters."
