According to statistics, the top 100 enterprises in China's clothing industry "product sales revenue" totaled 323 billion 705 million yuan, an increase of 31.88% over the same period last year, and the total number of hundred enterprises totaled 30 billion 901 million yuan, an increase of 50.75% over the same period last year. The average sales profit of the top 100 enterprises in the "sales profit rate" reached 12.93%, 7.92 percentage points higher than the average level of Enterprises above designated size.

After announces the three top 100 list, Chen Dehu, vice president of China clothing association, told reporters calmly.

According to the principle of "participation by members and voluntary declaration", the selection of the three indexes of product sales revenue, total profit and sales profit rate are sorted.

There are 143 enterprises in the country, including 41 in Zhejiang, 24 in Jiangsu, 18 in Shandong, 13 in Guangdong, 10 in Fujian, 8 in Shanghai, 4 in Beijing and Hunan, 3 in Hebei, 2 in 3, 1, 3, 3, 3, and 3.

Of the top companies, 27 were the first time to list, accounting for 18.75% of all listed companies.

From the comparison of top 100 enterprises in garment industry in 2010 and 2005, there are three characteristics:

First, the year-on-year growth rate of indicators in 2010 is much higher than the compound growth rate of 2005~2010 years, and the total profit growth is obviously larger than the increase of sales revenue.

Secondly, the top ten top 100 enterprises have great potential for development.

In the list, the composite growth rates of the first 10 enterprises were 3, 17.5%, 26.02% and 12% respectively, while the eleventh to fiftieth enterprises were slightly lower than the first 10 enterprises although the annual compound growth rate was up.

Finally, large scale enterprises have been increasing year after year, leading brands.

The number of enterprises whose sales income exceeded 3 billion yuan increased from 7 in 2005 to 26 in 2010, of which 5 were over 10 billion yuan, and the total profit of enterprises exceeding 200 million yuan increased from 12 in 2005 to 35 in 2010. Among them, there were 6 enterprises with 1 billion yuan; 10 sales in 2010 were over 20%, and the former ones were more than those in the former. Most of them were men's wear, women's wear, children's wear and underwear brand enterprises.

On the list of top 100 sales margins, a group of fashion brands came to the top. This shows that some women's clothing brand enterprises, guided by pattern innovation, have found the direction of development with brand as the core and value growth as the goal, highlighting the role of brand contribution rate in the operation of enterprises.

In order to keep abreast of the real situation of the industry in the first half of the year, the top executives of the China clothing association have gone deep into various garment industrial clusters to conduct research in recent days.

In the two industry clusters I visited, Bosideng, the big down clothing industry, raised 30% salary by the end of last year, and raised 10% earlier this year.
