Selecting excellent technical talents
In order to improve the theoretical level and operational skills of weft knitted workers, and promote the continuous improvement of the quality of the knitting industry, it is introduced that the weft knitting skills competition is oriented to all kinds of weft knitting enterprise operators in the knitting industry.
Sun Xiaoyin, director of the textile industry vocational skill appraisal guidance center (hereinafter referred to as the skill center), said that the competition consists of two parts, namely theoretical knowledge examination and practical operation assessment. The theoretical part accounts for 30%, and the actual operation part 70%.
China knitwear industry association organizes referees and coaches, formulating competition plans and unifying competition standards.
