Where Is Our Future? To All Post-80S Who Work In Big Cities

    2011/7/20 13:31:00 25

    Our Future

University After nearly four years of graduation, he worked in private enterprises in Beijing with a monthly salary of more than 4000, no Beijing account and no girlfriend, not to mention a house. This is my current situation, and I believe it is also a lot of people working in private enterprises.

The time to join the work can not be short, and the income is certainly not comparable to that of the cattle on the horizon, but it has a certain representativeness. In Shanghai, a big city in Beijing, there are 35 years of working in private enterprises. Apart from a small number of skilled cattle or selling cattle, I think most of the monthly salary should be in the range of 3 to 7 thousand.

Some people may say that I only graduated for one year. Now I have a monthly salary of ten thousand. Ha ha, that means you are very good or your unit is very good, but what I am talking about is the situation of most ordinary people. I think I should be more realistic. After all, I have been in Beijing for four years, and I know more about the status quo of some ordinary graduates in private enterprises.

That's the point. The purpose of my post is from a question I have been thinking over the past one or two years, that is, where is the way out for people like us working in private enterprises? Or how should we go in the future?

In fact, there are not many realistic roads for us to choose. Generally speaking, I think there are two ways. One, has been working in Beijing. Two, go home to work. Most of the units involved in the preparation and eating of financial meals are unable to enter, and they can do business or simply go home to cultivate land. After all, I would like to talk about my thoughts on these two roads in detail.

1, stay in Beijing and continue to work like this?

If you don't consider the future, this should be the easiest option to make. After all, work has been done for several years, and things are already very skilled at work. The income may also be justified, saving about two thousand or three thousand per month. Day by day mixing is also very fast, compared with those who can not find jobs, there is still a sense of superiority. Ha ha, however, has already been nearly thirty years old, knot not to marry? If we get married, we have a house, but the housing price in Beijing is entirely dependent on our own income. We may have to save more than ten years to pay the down payment. Do I have to wait ten years to get married again?

Some people may say, let the family help to pay the down payment. Well, it's also a way. But even if the family helps to pay three hundred thousand or more of the first payment (many people may not have this ability at home), then at least two thousand or three thousand of the monthly repayment will make us live in a kind of pressure of fear, fear of unemployment, fear of illness, and have another child? Two hundred or three hundred cans of milk powder, tens of thousands of last kindergarten. Or do not have children first, until ten years later, the conditions are better? But then we were almost forty.

Moreover, there is another problem that can not be ignored is the interest rate of mortgage loans. I have calculated that buying a five hundred thousand small house in Beijing (which is already very, very cheap), the down payment two hundred and fifty thousand (that is, the parents can produce more than one hundred thousand sponsors, or else can not afford it), and twenty years of repayment, do you know the total amount of money to be paid to the bank? About nine hundred thousand! It is no exaggeration to believe that you can not trust yourself.

The best in twenty years Youth (from more than 20 to more than 40 years old), twenty years of hard work and savings, twenty years of pressure and worry, and that for about four hundred thousand of the bank, only for a small house outside the five rings. When we pay off the loan, we are almost fifty. Are we living so hard that we live for a house? Moreover, many of us have homes in our homes. We have worked hard in Beijing for twenty years, but we have only bought a house that is much smaller than our home. Is that worth it? Is this cost-effective?

Maybe someone will say, then don't buy a house in Beijing. Go back to your hometown to find a wife. That's a good idea. After all, many families still have ready-made houses. But what if we get married? Get your wife to work in Beijing? What about children? How does a child go to school without a Beijing account? To parents in their hometown? What about children's education and future learning? Old parents have the energy and ability to manage their children's food, clothing and shelter. Or you can earn money in Beijing alone, and your wife and children will stay at home. Anyway, I don't think this is a permanent solution.

So, stay in Beijing all the time. big city It will really face many difficult problems that are very realistic and difficult to solve.

2, then do not mix up in Beijing, return home.

This can avoid many problems like high housing loans, separation between husband and wife, children's schooling and so on. As long as there is a house in the house, it can be stabilized immediately, and it will be able to find a wife to marry. No house, with their savings in recent years, not enough to add tens of thousands of family sponsorship, buy a house should not be as difficult as Beijing. After all, in most of the small cities or counties in China, hundreds of thousands of houses are still worth buying. However, after returning home, there will be other problems.

The first is work. After graduation for a few years, it is unrealistic to go back to a good institution or a * * * * *. After that, if there is a way, I will go back to work after graduation, and I will not work outside. Do you still find your job in your hometown? I think it's very difficult. Where are small cities and county towns? Beijing What are the posts in Shanghai? Especially in the specialized technology industry and the financial industry, advertising industry, consulting industry, small areas may not have these companies, where do they work? Like my old home, a small city, except for * * * organs and various institutions and teachers and doctors, these jobs (which are impossible for us to eat), there are only half dead factories and shops on the streets. Do you really go to be a migrant worker or a salesman? Besides, there is no need for college students in these places. In Beijing, with thousands of dollars in monthly salary, we are willing to go back to work like this for one thousand months or so of junior high school students. Not to mention the face problem.

And the mentality behind returning. From Beijing, which advocates competition, pays attention to personal ability, and is a colleague with cultural and diligently advanced efforts, we can go back to the grass-roots level where we talk about relationships, rely on our friends and rely on our friends, rather than rely on personal skills or real work. Can we adapt ourselves to it? That kind of work that has no technical content, much less progressive and sense of accomplishment, is purely mixed eating and so on, and it is still a low income job. It may be people who live around or are keen on playing cards and mahjong. Can we work willingly in such an environment? (it's not my exaggeration, especially in most of the small cities, counties and towns in the Midwest). If you want to have some so-called life value and career achievement, you can imagine that the mood will be very depressed. And you will probably find yourself out of tune with the surrounding environment. It's hard for you to adapt to the atmosphere in your hometown after reading and working for many years. Alas, so if you think about it, there are many difficult places to accept.

These are my long-standing thoughts on the future road. Some may be extreme, but in general they should be similar to reality. Like our age, this educational level, our experience and our characteristics determine that we are more suitable for the work of big cities, but it is difficult to afford housing prices and consumption in big cities. Therefore, we (we only refer to those working in private enterprises, excluding civil servants, doctors, teachers, and state-owned enterprises or various state-owned enterprises with good returns) are doomed to be caught in such a dilemma. It is really hard to choose.

I know that there are many people who are similar to me. I believe that there are many people who think like me. After all, this is a problem that people like us can not think about and can not go around. So I really want to hear your thoughts. After all, we are all called North drift (or Shanghai floating, wide drift, deep drift).

What should we do in the future? I think hard, but there is no answer, only a heavier burden on my heart.
