Consumer Association Statistics: Clothing Shoe And Hat Complaints Remain High.
In July 15th, the China Consumer Association released an analysis of complaints received by the National Association of consumers associations in the first half of 2011.

According to statistics compiled by the National Association of consumers associations, 306903 complaints were received in the first half of 2011, 293034 were resolved, and the rate of complaint resolution was 95.5%.
Consumer complaints about services, department stores and other categories increased year by year. Data showed that the number of complaints in department stores accounted for 27.9%, up 5% over the same period last year.
Judging from the volume of complaints about goods and services, the top five complaints in the first half are:
Clothing and shoes
Telecommunications, mobile phones, food and marketing.
Among them, the number of clothing shoes and hats in the first half of 2011 was 28974, and the number of complaints was 26962 last year.
China Consumers Association said that complaints about prices should not be ignored.
In the first half of the year, complaints about price problems increased by 10% over the same period.
In March 15th this year, the China Consumer Association and the national development and Reform Commission jointly launched the activities of promoting the real estate price code, which has been actively responded by more than ten large commercial enterprises.
All the consumers' associations actively cooperate with the local price authorities in carrying out the price.
