    Cheng Qifei said that regardless of the treatment, the degree of attention, or the prospects for development, Chongqing has great attraction for high-end clothing talents in the coastal areas.

    Especially in attracting talent, Chongqing's clothing bosses are willing to invest. Now, the designers who work in Chongqing pay much more than the coastal areas.

    For example, the average designer who has one year's work experience will earn around 10 thousand yuan per month.

    "High-end talent this work experience in 2~3 years, the monthly salary has been opened to 100 thousand yuan."

    Li Yong, Secretary General of Chongqing fashion clothing association, said that the high-end brand development of Chongqing style clothing also provided a very broad development space for talents.

    In the future, working conditions will also be greatly improved as enterprises move into the wooden hole textile and garment city in succession.
