Seven Wolves Are Looking For Investment Opportunities In Singapore
According to Singapore Lianhe Zaobao reported on October 23rd, Zeng Zhi hung, executive director of Fujian private enterprise group (Asia), said he hoped to find investment opportunities in the Singapore market by offering initial public offerings and private and equity investment opportunities.
He said: "because the domestic threshold is relatively high, many Chinese listed companies have moved to Singapore, and the price earnings ratio here is relatively low.
The high price earnings ratio at home is something we are worried about.
But he also said that the group did not know much about Singapore's laws and regulations, and the language used here was English, so there were some difficulties in understanding.
Ceng Zhixiong recently visited Singapore for investment inspection, hoping to know more about Singapore's funds and other institutions.
After three or four days in Singapore, he admitted that although he did not know Singapore well, he was willing to talk about short-term or long-term cooperation in the capital market.
He also said that there are more companies in Guangdong and Fujian listed in foreign countries, and they are relatively familiar with Fujian enterprises. Therefore, the group focuses on cooperation with these companies.
Ceng Zhixiong disclosed that the existing market value of the group was 5 billion yuan, plus investment in other companies such as Societe Generale and other banks, with a total value of 10 billion yuan.
The seven wolves group dominates the development, production and sale of clothing, involving shoes, wine, watch industry, real estate development, financial investment, trade and other industries. It is a comprehensive company based on brand management and diversified operation.
Fujian's seven wolf industry, a core subsidiary of the group, is a large business of seven wolf brand men's casual wear and has been listed on the Shenzhen stock exchange.
In 2000 and 2001, according to the statistics of the China National Business Information Center, the "seven wolf wolf jacket (casual wear) market share" was ranked first among the similar products, and was awarded the "most popular clothing brand of Chinese consumers in 2001".
