Exhibitors hope to use this platform to display products and technology and expand market space; professional audiences want to use this platform to understand the latest information and technology in the industry, and to purchase marketable goods and services.

Liu Dake said that in recent years, research on some exhibitions revealed that in recent years, the quantity and quality of the professional audiences of many exhibitions can not satisfy the exhibitors. The purpose of overseas professional visitors to China is mainly sales promotion and procurement; the channels for obtaining exhibition information are mainly exhibition website, exhibition advertisement and peer recommendation, sponsor letter, sponsor telephone invitation, e-mail invitation letter, exhibitor invitation and sponsor fax, etc.
Liu Dake believes that for organizing professional spectators to participate in exhibitions, the organizers of the exhibition should focus on the following tasks: determine the type of professional audience according to the theme and purpose of the exhibition, and then carry out effective invitations; for larger enterprises, SMEs are more likely to conduct product display and information exchange within the industry through the exhibition platform. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the invitation to the professional audience of small and medium-sized enterprises, and make good use of professional audiences to obtain the main channels for exhibition information, such as exhibition website, exhibition advertisement and peer recommendation.
