Ningxia Will Build Eco Textile Industry Demonstration Garden

A few days ago, Xiang Zongxi, chairman of the the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Political Consultative Conference, came to Helan county.

It is understood that at present, the construction of the ecological textile industry demonstration park has been started, the upstream supporting projects have made progress, and the project investment work is being carried out.

Building a demonstration garden of ecological textile industry is a major issue in the autonomous region.

In 2010, the regional government held a executive meeting to study the construction of the demonstration zone of ecological textile industry.

According to the request of the autonomous region government, the relevant departments of the autonomous region development and Reform Commission and the autonomous region light textile industry bureau jointly promote the work.

Subsequently, Ningxia compiled the "Ningxia eco textile industry demonstration park plan". On this basis, it also compiled the implementation plan of Ningxia to undertake the eastern ecological textile industry pfer demonstration park, and formally submitted it to the national development and Reform Commission in February 21, 2011.

At the same time, it also strengthened the link between the ecological textile industry demonstration garden and the national planning.

After winning, the state put the eco textile garden into planning in the "12th Five-Year plan" (Draft for Western Development) and the development plan for the key economic zone of Hoo Bao Yin (Draft).

At present, Ningxia has clearly implemented preferential land and tax policies for the enterprises entering the eco textile park, and has approved the establishment of the Ningxia eco Textile Industry Demonstration Park Management Committee. The park has also been actively engaged in the employment of labor migrants and the establishment of "national ecological and chemical fiber textile new materials and energy saving and consumption reduction technology R & D center" in the park.

Xiang Zongxi said that the establishment of Ningxia Yinchuan to undertake industrial pfer demonstration zones, and vigorously develop the textile industry, can increase the proportion of Ningxia light industry, optimize the industrial structure, effectively reduce the degree of economic dependence on energy, help develop the modern logistics service industry and increase employment, raise the income of residents, effectively improve people's livelihood, and expand consumption.

Therefore, we must speed up the pace of project construction, and push forward the pformation of Ningxia's economic development mode and economic restructuring.

We should give full play to comparative advantages, actively undertake eastern industrial pfer, seize historical opportunities, sort out and solve the key problems of project promotion, strive for the early approval of the implementation plan by the state, enhance the attraction of leading enterprises in the park, speed up the matching construction of upstream raw materials, and innovate the operation management system of the parks.
