The seven Council of Xianyang textile and Garment Association of Shaanxi province held a symposium on textile and apparel economic operation in the first half of this year.

In the first half of this year, the output value of Xianyang's textile and garment industry increased by 3 billion 386 million yuan, up by 32.6% over the same period last year, and realized a profit of 403 million yuan, an increase of 3.6 times compared with that of the previous year, and 38 million US dollars in export earnings, an increase of 31% over the same period last year.
