Affected by this factor, the report shows that some shoe and clothing enterprises in Lucheng district have begun to look for ways to diversify their development.

Some enterprises began to get involved in the third industries such as hotels, restaurants and other industries. Because of the tight money this year, the lending rates of major banks in Wenzhou have been floating up to 30% to 80%. With the bank's credit squeeze task, a considerable number of enterprises will devote their energies to microfinance, private lending and other financial sectors.

In addition, some enterprises adhering to traditional industries choose to develop in the central and western regions, such as shoe enterprises to move to Suzhou, Jiangxi, Shangrao and other places in Anhui.
