The inspection results of Shanghai industry and Commerce Bureau showed that the main problems of the commodities being monitored were unqualified peel strength and unqualified sensory quality.


    The nominal production enterprise is Yu Cheng (Kunshan) Sporting Goods Co., Ltd. Nominal trademark A certain type of CONVERSE's shoes, such as the Nike sports company (China) Limited, the trademark Nike's running shoes, and so on, are all mentioned above.


    In August 25th, in response to a statement issued by Nike testing group in Shanghai, it said that it had investigated the products in Shanghai and would take necessary action based on the findings.


    Nike group said in a statement that it will continue to work closely with relevant government departments to ensure that all products sold in China are fully in line with Chinese regulations and standards. Nike will continue to strive to provide high quality products and quality shopping experience for consumers in China and around the world.


      Clothing drug abuse 20 years ago, the EU banned


    Green Peace contaminated Zhang Kai, director of the prevention and control project, introduced from April 2011 to May, Greenpeace purchased 78 samples of 15 clothing brands in China, the United Kingdom and Argentina. Greenpeace sent these samples to a qualified third party Laboratory for testing. The results showed that samples of 2/3, including Adidas and Lining, were detected to contain NPE. NPE is often used as a surfactant in textile production. It is rapidly decomposed into nonylphenol (NP) when discharged into the environment. NP is a recognized environmental hormone, which simulates estrogen, has an effect on the sexual development of organisms, and interferes with the endocrine of organisms, and is toxic to reproductive system.


    Zhang Kai said in an interview with the media: "these well-known clothing brands at home and abroad, not only their suppliers in the production process to discharge harmful substances to the river, its products also contain such substances, although the material on clothing will not directly cause harm to the human body, but washing will also accumulate further with water into the river, threatening the environment and human health."


    So Greenpeace appealed to Adidas and Lining to make a non-toxic commitment as soon as possible, and to formulate an action plan with a clear timetable.


      However, the problem of being detected is collective silence chosen by enterprises.


    According to the data, most of the producers of clothing with toxic and hazardous residues are in developing countries. The countries mentioned in China, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Thailand are developing countries. The European Union banned the use of NPE in production 20 years ago.


    Xiong Xiaokun, a light industry researcher at CIC, told an interview with the Securities Daily: "first, the supplier itself lacks the environment.       Shoe detection is not in line with business performance hidden danger

    Shanghai industry and Commerce Department reminded that better leather should have clear pattern (except leather), loose surface, soft texture and good elasticity. The cultivation of a brand needs time to accumulate and precipitate, but any slight flaws may lead to the decline of the brand. This negative effect will destroy the credibility of consumers to a certain extent, resulting in the loss of a large number of consumers, not only a very bad impact on the brand of enterprises, but also a hidden danger for the business performance of enterprises.
