Fuzhou City 12315 staff said that if consumers did not protect the price, the two sides could negotiate compensation matters, and if they could not negotiate, they could only settle them through litigation.

The staff of the Fuzhou Legal Aid Center suggested that the contract between the carrier and Shenghui logistics can be consulted by the legal department. If it is a standard contract, the terms of the contract are invalid, and the Shenghui logistics can be compensated according to the actual losses.
