    Huang Meiyong got the information from Liao Xingfa, the first generation entrepreneur of the unusual button. Liao Xingfa took the hardware button sample production from Jiangxi Nanning and Liuzhou Railway Bureau in 1978. It was a lot of difficulties at that time.     According to Liao Xingfa, Ke Xing Tao was the first entrepreneur who was the head of collective enterprise.

    In 1969, Ke Xing Tao went to Huang Tian to run and supply and sell the enterprises run by society.

    He served as director of the Huang Tian steam turbine plant and then resigned to Qingtian and Longquan to set up a teaching instrument factory.

    In 1973, the county sent him back to Yongjia to run an enterprise and become a director of the Huang Tian steam turbine plant.

    With the deepening of reform and opening up, Ke Xing Tao sprouted his idea of making money for his business in the sea. He founded the Yongjia metal uniform button factory in May 1987.

    "Cheap price, quality assurance, good after-sales service" is the motto of Ke Xing Tao's successful operation.

    In the fierce competition of enterprises, Yongjia County button factory has gradually become the leader of Huang Tian metal button products.

    At that time, Huang Tian was still in the stage of "pre shop and factory". The products produced in the factory were directly invested in Huang Tian small commodity market and picked up by the wholesalers in the whole country.

    Ke Xin Tao feels that this way can not directly understand the needs of users, do not have their own brand, the risk is very large, and the development prospect of enterprises is not good.

    To this end, he began to move towards a dedicated fixed production business road, in 1989, he successfully made the factory become the Ministry of Railways designated railway uniform button production unit.

    In 1992, just as all over the country, "Wenzhou's products were full of water" and "Yongjia's permanent leave" were popular, he went from Wenzhou to Beijing again and again to come up with his own carefully designed samples to prove his strength.

    In the first half of 1992, his company was awarded the "public security department designated police clothing material production plant".

    In 2001, it was designated by the China Security Association to produce security clothing units.

    With the help of Ke Xing Tao, a group of enterprises producing metal ornaments and buckles gradually developed and expanded. Wang Xiangwu said: whoever is the earliest, the advantage of the first place has finally made the people in the yellow field get on like a duck in water in the hardware decoration industry.

    Thanks to the guidance of a group of early entrepreneurs, the button industry has developed rapidly in Huang Tian, and the family workshop of the former shop has reached two thousand or three thousand in the mid 90s of last century. The local people described this phenomenon as "a swarm of bees".

    It is because the product is in the stage of short supply, and there are gains from investment, and there is also a certain blindness.

    Huang Meiyong said that there was such a joke that an enterprise had quietly poured the scrap such as iron and iron on the riverside, and the surrounding masses were complaining. Later, some people said that the scrap iron could be reused, so they rushed to the riverside to dig up the waste.

    The entry limit of metal buckle is very low.

    In 1990, it was founded by the company, which originally produced a lighter shell to make accessories for the Wenzhou lighters.

    Two years later, the whole development of lighter was started, but the production was stopped because of the inconvenience of raw material pportation and the lack of product sealing.

    In 1992, a manufacturer named "loose shoes and buttons" published an advertisement in the Wenzhou daily. It was this short advertisement that attracted the interest of the Ellie boss. He thought that there were so many shoes factories in Wenzhou that the amount of shoes needed to be buckled would be very large. If he turned to produce shoes buttons, he would definitely make money.

    He said he could do it. On the same day, he bought four samples of shoe buttons and put them into production.

    In the twinkling of an eye, profits are in hand, so it is impossible to accept one.

    Li Changdao, general manager of Jinsui ornaments, said: "the past sales were conducted secretly. Before the reform and opening up, they shipped their products to Yiwu to do business. They were caught and had to be tied up with a" speculation "hat, so they did not dare to make the business bigger.

    Until later, policy liberalization, bridgehead button market reputation, Yiwu small commodity market became famous at home and abroad, followed by more and more enterprises, which led to rapid saturation of products.

    When opportunities are being obtained, many people give up it by themselves.

    Huang Meiyong said: so many enterprises have few special impact leaders. At present, there are only 3 factories with modern factories, and each family has 10 acres of land. The reason is still that it is strange for Ning Ning to be a traditional idea of not having a phoenix tail or a small fortune. It is even more frightening that the products are similar to thunder, and the sales channels are almost the same. Even the best three or four enterprises are competing on the same platform, and even there is a price war.

    So far, there is hardly any brand to speak of. The only honor is that it has gained "Yongjia brand", but it still has a long way to go.

    The production of metal ornaments in Huang Tian has prospered bridgehead and Yiwu, and promoted and pushed bridgehead buttons from sales to production and trade, and there have been giant enterprises in the industry. On the contrary, Huang Tian has become quiet.

    There are thousands of yellow fields in Yiwu now, but in the sea of market, it is hard to hear the loud voice from Huang Tian.

    Advantages and disadvantages: "there are more than 500 enterprises producing hardware ornaments in Huang Tian now, of which more than 10 enterprises are on the scale, and the total output value is estimated at about 1 billion."

    Talking about Huang Tian decorative buckle industry, Wang Xiang Wu counts as a treasure.

    Wang Xiangwu told reporters that in 1996, after market integration, Huang Tian's original family workshop was gradually eliminated, and a number of leading enterprises such as Bu Xin Xin, Mei Li Da and other successful companies began to stand out.

    Huang Meiyong, taking his own enterprise as an example, describes the difficult course of the development of Huang Tian hardware BUCKLE enterprises.

    Huang Meiyong believes that although the existence of Huang Tian hardware BUCKLE enterprises are relying on the Chinese shoes industry, the industrial chain is relatively complete, and has its own manufacturing and sales channels, relatively low cost and other advantages, but the disadvantages of the development of enterprises are obvious: more than 500 enterprises have more than ten enterprises on the scale, the family type small workshops are still more, and the brand grades are not high. Besides, besides the production of hardware ornaments, Huang Tian, Guangdong's Dongguan, Fujian Shishi and Ouhai Lou Qiao of our city have a production hardware buckle base, and the export market has not yet formed a climate, so the market competition is very fierce.

    From the unknown supporting role to the famous supporting role, some of Yongjia's famous enterprises, such as AOKANG, and the birds of prey, etc., and for more than thirty years, the hardware ornaments have been quietly serving the footwear and clothing industry in Yongjia. Only for others to make wedding clothes, do they play the supporting role without being able to sing, can they become famous brands of the brand?

    "In the face of cruel reality, in order to make enterprises stronger and bigger, not long ago, we established the Yongjia Hardware Ornament Industry Association, and now there are 120 member enterprises."

    Wang Xiangwu believes that this is a signal of self-reliance, using the strength of industry solidarity to solve the existing problems.

    Huang Meiyong said that after the establishment of the association, the most important thing is to help member enterprises find land.

    "This is also the biggest difficulty encountered in the development of Huang Tian metal buckle enterprises. At present, Huang Tian only has 30 mu of land in three enterprises, including Bu Bu Xin, Mei Li Da and Shuang mo.

    If enterprises do not have the land to build factories, what is the development of them?

    The next step is to guide enterprises to take the road of integration, and small businesses will be eliminated sooner or later.

    The second aspect is to encourage enterprises to build brands. Now, the company uses the internal publications and media advertisements to publicize the brand momentum, and some enterprises begin to pursue the internal culture of enterprises. For example, the special buttons set up the slogan: "I have my pursuit".

    The Association says there will be provincial or national brands in five years.

    At present, the company has become the top 100 enterprises in Yongjia. If conditions permit, several companies with considerable strength will be collectivize.

    The third aspect is that enterprises must have their own core technology, and invest heavily in R & D on manpower and material resources to avoid product imitation and vicious competition.

    Another is to widen the sales channels, open windows and even branches to the main shoemaking bases in China, make a big fuss about the bases, and export machines to fight for foreign trade.
