    The Seventeenth International Conference On Chemical Fiber Innovation Driven Green Low Carbon

    The seventeenth China International Chemical fiber conference was held in Wujiang in September 1st. The meeting discussed in depth the new transformation of world chemical fiber and China's chemical fiber industry "12th Five-Year" development expectations.     After the founding of new China, we first restored the Anton chemical fiber factory and the Shanghai artificial silk factory. In the last century 50~60, we introduced viscose filament, nylon filament and Vigny nylon complete technology and equipment to build the Baoding chemical fiber factory, the Beijing synthetic fiber experimental plant and the Beijing Vigny nylon factory, and opened the prelude to the development of the new China chemical fiber industry. In the 60~70 era, on the basis of digestion and absorption of imported equipment and technology, the state built a batch of viscose enterprises such as Nanjing chemical fiber and Xinxiang chemical fiber and several ten thousand ton Vigny textile factories. Subsequently, the state has focused on the development of the synthetic fiber industry, and has built four large-scale chemical fiber enterprises in Shanghai Jinshan, Liaoyang, Tianjin and Sichuan Chuan Wei.     During the "11th Five-Year" period, the chemical fiber industry continued to promote technological progress and industrial upgrading, and strive to create an industry's capability of independent innovation. In the past five years, 21 major technological and invention achievements have been achieved. The high performance fiber industry has begun to take shape, up to the top level, and can partly replace imports. It has already been able to meet the needs of aviation, aerospace and other fields.


    Clear objectives and tasks of innovation


    During the "12th Five-Year" period, China's chemical fiber industry is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading, and innovation drive must play a greater role. Only by relying on independent innovation can we continuously promote industrial upgrading in order to continuously create and enhance the overall competitiveness of the industry.

    The upcoming "development plan for the 12th Five-Year" of the chemical fiber industry is just one. The aramid fiber 1414, polyimide, polytetrafluoroethylene and other fibers have completed the development and production of pilot technology and achieved industrialized production. By 2015, the total production capacity of domestic high-performance fibers will be around 160 thousand tons. The development and application of serialization and differentiation will be focused on. The high performance fiber industry will reach the international advanced level.


    Main tasks:


    In the seven tasks of the "12th Five-Year development plan" of the chemical fiber industry, there are four key technical progress and independent innovation.

Their industrialization level is a concentrated expression of a country's high technology level.     Vigorously promote the development of biomass fiber and its raw materials.     Industry has achieved remarkable results


    The work of energy conservation and emission reduction in the industry has achieved remarkable results. During the "11th Five-Year" period, the chemical fiber industry accelerated structural adjustment and industrial upgrading, eliminating a total of about 3000000 tons of backward production capacity. In 2010, the proportion of international advanced level of chemical fiber industry reached 70%, of which polyester polyester industry reached more than 75%, which provided a basic guarantee for energy conservation and emission reduction in the industry.     The circular economy of the industry has developed well, and the regenerated polyester fiber industry has already formed a scale. In the past ten years, the chemical fiber industry has actively promoted the development of circular economy, and the scale of recycling economy, which is mainly recycled from waste polyester, has increased rapidly, and the level of technological products has been continuously improving. By the end of 2010, China's regenerated polyester fiber had an annual capacity of about 6000000 tons, and its actual output has reached nearly 4 million tons, accounting for 80% of the world's total output. It has become the largest producer of regenerated polyester fibers.


    In other areas, the "11th Five-Year" industry has also made significant progress. First, the recovery and utilization of other fibers such as nylon and polypropylene have made great progress. The quantity of reuse has increased year by year, and the level of technology has been continuously improved. The application of recycled fiber has covered most of the downstream areas. The two is the recycling of raw materials and accessories, such as acetaldehyde recovery in large-scale PET plant, CPL recovery technology in large-scale nylon polymerization plant, and so on.     Significant progress has been made in the development of biomass fiber and its raw materials. The production technology of poly (terephthalate) (PTT) fiber, polylactic acid (PLA) fiber, polyhydroxyfatty acid ester (PHB/PHBV) fiber and poly (succinic acid) Ding Erzhi (PBS) fiber has made breakthroughs. Some varieties have formed industrial scale, such as PLA fiber has achieved 1000 tons of industrial production.


    In terms of biomass raw materials, 1,3 propanediol (PDO), ethylene glycol (MEG) and 1,4 butanediol (BDO) have made major breakthroughs in the process of industrialization. Biotechnological polyols have been large-scale and industrialized in Changchun Dacheng and Fengyuan biochemical industries, and have been applied in the market.

    Although the chemical fiber industry has made great achievements in the recycling economy, the situation facing the future development is still very grim. In the "development plan of 12th Five-Year" formulated by the state in the chemical fiber industry, the main objectives and tasks for the development of circular economy in the future are clearly put forward.


    Development goals:


    We should speed up the research and development of biomass renewable and biodegradable materials, actively promote cleaner production, strengthen the comprehensive utilization of resources, and establish a recycling economy development mode of chemical fiber industry. By 2015, compared with 2010, the energy consumption of the 10000 yuan industrial added value was reduced by 15%, water consumption was reduced by 20%, the discharge of tons of fiber wastewater was reduced by 10%, the emission of waste gas was reduced by 10%, and the recycling scale of waste polyester products, chemical fiber fabrics and garments reached 7 million tons.
