In August, the cities with the highest residential price ratio were Xiamen, Rizhao, Changshu, Xiangtan, Suqian, Hohhot, Huzhou, Xi'an, Yichang, Liuzhou and other 15 cities. The increase was not more than 2.5%, of which the larger cities mainly came from the new high-end market, and most of the local prices were unchanged from last month.
