The Fair ("central Expo") was jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of Taxation, the General Administration of industry and commerce, the SARFT, the National Tourism Administration, the China Council for the promotion of Commerce, the Federation of industry and commerce, the Federation of China industrial economy and the six provinces of Shanxi, Anhui, Jiangxi, Henan, Hubei and Hunan.

The first five Central exhibitions were successfully held in Hunan Changsha, Henan Zhengzhou, Hubei Wuhan, Anhui Hefei and Jiangxi Nanchang.

The Sixth Central Fair will be held from September 26, 2011 to 28.
