    Reporter: how do you understand the quality management of enterprises? What is the concept of quality management implemented by Qingdao Hongda?


    Geng Dian Yun: TQM has a scientific procedure called "PDCA cycle" (plan, execution, inspection, adjustment), that is, we first put forward a plan, then carry out the plan, check it according to the plan, see if we can achieve the expected goal, find out the problems and causes through examination, and finally make self adjustment. After such a cycle ends, we will go to the next one. PDCA cycle 。 In my opinion, the core of quality management is a kind of "continuous improvement".


    From the perspective of Qingdao's grand development, quality management is the foundation of the development of enterprises. In the 90s of last century, we actively implemented the ISO9000 quality management system management, and passed the first batch of ISO9001 quality system certification in the industry in 1996. Today, quality management has been extended to a more generalized concept of "big quality". It runs through all aspects of enterprise development, including the quality of products we have emphasized before, including the quality of employees' work and the economic quality, production quality and so on. The quality management method is a practical and effective method of enterprise management and operation.     6S management includes sorting, rectifying, cleaning, cleaning, literacy and safety. I think the most important arrangement and rectification is to remove redundant articles in the workplace and classify and sort useful articles. 6S management applies to all fields of enterprise production management, in essence, it is also a kind of quality management.


    Since 2008, Qingdao Hongda Company has implemented 6S management training inside the enterprise. Last month, Jingwei Company has been approved by the Jingwei Company for the 6S management demonstration factory, and has become the Jingwei 6S management demonstration factory. For us, the key to 6S management is to implement team management, eliminate accidental factors in the production process, and keep the production site orderly and safe.     Geng Dian Yun: Qingdao Hongda holds a supplier quality meeting every year. This tradition has been maintained for fifteen or six years. We invite suppliers to come to the enterprise, from the management concept, product requirements and other aspects of the request, guide suppliers to Hongda Company management method to bring back to their own business.


    We have three requirements for suppliers, that is, technical advantages, professional advantages and scale advantages. Through the implementation of quality control point forwarding and quality accountability management, the company has improved the product quality of outsourcing and outsourcing. In addition, internal quality control points of various products have been set up, the operation instructions for suppliers are revised, the inspection procedures for key parts and key processes are revised, and the stability and consistency of products are guaranteed. The main indicators meet or exceed the standard requirements.


    Reporter: after reading a lot of management books, what experience do you have? How can it be applied to the practice of enterprises?


    Geng Dian Yun: I think Japanese companies have many experience in quality management, which is worth learning, such as holding quality manager training.


    I think that mastering the method of quality management is equivalent to mastering a way to solve problems. I have told the company's designers that the book of quality management is not only for people who are engaged in quality management, but also for everyone. Because quality management has introduced many methods, which will enlighten the design and development. Designers tend to focus on technical points instead of focusing on the surface. Therefore, the quality management method leads people to change from empirical decision to scientific decision, from result control to process control, from index control to parameter control, and analysis of various factors is more comprehensive and easier to grasp the main contradiction. Therefore, from a certain point of view, quality management methods are more effective in solving some technical problems.


    As for the specific practice, every year, enterprises will improve their quality consciousness and quality through organizing quality month, QC results release, quality training and other management activities, so that they can master some advanced statistical tools and methods, such as delamination, permutation diagram, cause effect diagram and matrix diagram, which are used in solving the "passing rate of crankcase loading at once", which can be used in brainstorming, affinity map, correlation graph matrix diagram, and zero defect management, horizontal comparison method and customer satisfaction survey in quality management activities in order to solve the problem of "feedback rate of quality problems in multi warehouse mixer", thus improving the quality of products in enterprises.

    Geng Dianyun: from the point of view of lean production, strengthening quality management can "remove all links that do not add value", and save social resources and human resources. Specifically, we extend the quality management to the standardization of processes, use the information technology to reengineer and transform the process, optimize the production process, and save unnecessary resources under the premise of not saving the physical quality of products, thus reducing the occupation of social resources.
