"Creative Restoration": Material And Spiritual Dual Needs

In June of this year, Zhang Wei, director of the China Textile Information Center's popular trend center, participated in the ninety-seventh session in Italy, on behalf of the Chinese Fashion Color Association.

Recently, the reporter interviewed Zhang Wei, director of the center for fashion trends of China Textile Information Center. The following is Zhang Wei's interpretation and explanation of the trend of 2012/13 Qiu Dong's Chinese textile fabrics, which will be released at the October China international textile fabrics and accessories (Qiu Dong) exposition.

At the ninety-seventh International Conference of experts on fashion colors, professional researchers from different countries and regions expounded their views on the current economic situation, market situation, consumption trend and trend.

During the three day meeting, we found that Italy, France, Japan, Korea and China have expressed many similar views and judgments.

Among them, the issues of universal concern include: the return of tradition and art, the introspection and healing of human nature, the pursuit of happiness and simplicity, the importance of nature and nature, and the development of 3D technology.

In the past more than 10 years, we have experienced the pformation of the role and discourse power of China in this international professional circle from the early "Observer" to the "participant".

On the one hand, our research and judgment of popular trends are becoming more and more professional and mature; on the other hand, the influence of the country and the discourse power of the market have raised the weight of our discourse.

Back to our analysis and judgement of the trend of next season, we put forward the concept of "creative restoration" and regard it as the core theme of autumn and winter in 12/13.
