2011 National Textile Industry Management Innovation Award Announced

The 6 enterprises that won the award were selected by 14 experts from the industry and tertiary institutions. They were investigated, summarized, promoted, evaluated, strictly screened and produced by fair competition. The final result was determined by the meeting of the chairman of the China Textile Entrepreneurs Association.

The 6 enterprises that won eventually have distinctive characteristics in different management fields and are bold in theoretical exploration. They have different characteristics in improving labor productivity, building independent innovation system, saving energy and reducing emissions and sustainable development, and establishing business models of industrial chains.

The expert group of this review is from Donghua University, Tianjin University of Technology, Xi'an Polytechnic University and other units, representing the authority of the industry and the highest professional standards.

The expert group was divided into three groups, each group went to 2 enterprises to further investigate, sort out and extract the experience of enterprises, and formed innovative achievements with reference value.

The emphasis of this review is on the inspection and selection of management innovation.

It is understood that the selection criteria of this management innovation achievement award not only refer to the basic information of the enterprise, but also the most important thing is to see whether the innovation results have demonstrative and guiding significance for the current industry development.

After 16 years of exploration efforts, Wuxi cotton has realized the reduction of the number of million spindles from more than 300 to 25 under the premise of no increase in labor intensity through the renovation of the ordinary cotton spinning equipment. In the "2011 national textile industry management innovation achievement award" conference, Wang Tiankai, vice president of the China Textile Industry Association, said that compared with other traditional industries, the textile industry has great potential in management, but it has not yet been fully excavated.
