In the first 10 months of this year, the import and export trade of the whole county was strong, and the tax paid by the customs office in Wenzhou was 130 million yuan, accounting for 79.3% of the total tax revenue collected by the office during the same period, a record high.

This year, the main import tax payers in our county are Zhejiang Sheng HSI Leather Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Far East leather Co., Ltd., Wenzhou Yalong Trading Co., Ltd., Wenzhou Kun Pearlescent Pigment Co., Ltd. and so on. The main taxable goods are salted wet cowhide, salt wet pigskin, leather auxiliaries, mica chips, aquatic products and so on, mainly importing countries such as the United States, Australia and other countries.

According to the analysis, the main reasons for the strong momentum of import enterprises are: first, with the adjustment of the state's processing trade policy, the general trade imports have increased substantially; two, the appreciation of the renminbi has provided good opportunities for the import of raw materials.
