Korea BISS International Shoe Exhibition Opens In Busan

In October 13th, the three day Korea BISS international shoes exhibition was held at BEXCO International Exhibition Center in Busan.

The exhibition is organized by the Busan municipal government and South Korea.

The revitalization center and other units jointly organized the exhibition area of more than 15000 square meters, exhibiting more than 400 brands.

BISS is the only large shoe exhibition in Korea. The theme of the exhibition is located in sophisticated footwear and technology. It is marked by "shoe making technology and new art". The well-known shoe enterprises from Korea participate in the whole year. Every year, it is fixed in second major cities and economic centers in Korea, and is also held in Busan, the South Korean shoe production base in October.

The exhibition was highly valued by the Korean government. The mayor of Busan and the director of the South Korean footwear industry revitalization center attended the opening ceremony of the exhibition.

The exhibition was featured with numerous activities and many technical seminars.

The Shanghai Leather Technology Association organized a total of 22 Chinese shoe companies to participate in the exhibition. The exhibition was sent to the participants to promote the 2012 ninth SFF Shanghai international footwear Expo.
