Michael: how does shoe net solve the problem of shoe storage?
Cai Xin: the shoe net, adjacent to Fujian Jinjiang and Jinjiang, is also known as the "China Shoes Capital" by the industry. It is a very developed commercial center belt in China's footwear industry chain, and is also a famous shoe making industry base in China, bringing together many famous footwear brands.
Many brands such as Anta, XTEP, Hongxing Erke, PEAK, Jordan, 31st degree, del Hui and so on are all 10 minutes away from the headquarter.
We are now adopting a seamless connection with the brand stores. The purchase is very flexible and convenient. In such a large scale area of the footwear industry chain, we have the grafting of the brand storehouse, forming the unique "big warehouse" operation mode of the shoe net, which virtually solves the pressure brought by the rapid development of the platform to warehousing.

Michael: how to deal with the difficult problem of logistics distribution?
Cai Xin: at present, the online sales of shoes and shoes have reached 15000 models. The rapid development of the company has brought a severe test to warehouse logistics.
On this basis, we put forward the "logistics simplification" policy combined with our own conditions and advantages, fully integrate the advantages of resources, and enhance the efficiency of logistics distribution.
The existing logistics delivery mode of the shoe net can be divided into several parts, such as the real warehouse consignment, the stock separation warehouse construction, the supply business generation delivery, and so on. The supplier sends out the goods, saves the links in the procurement and pportation of goods, shortens the delivery time and improves the delivery speed.

For example, the supplier has a special logistics specialist to make relative KPI checks on suppliers' goods and orders, and order processing and shipping specifications must be strictly controlled according to company regulations.

Michael: after the first round of financing, the development of the shoe net will surely be more rapid. In the face of the increase in online orders, as the director of logistics, how do we plan and respond to the logistics?
Cai Xin: the current capacity of the shoe net is about 200 thousand pairs. With the capital coming in and the order volume of the platform doubling, we have already started to deal with it from two aspects.
First of all, starting from the software, the product logistics management system independently developed by the shoe net has been upgraded comprehensively. All the brand operators can freely use, provide technical guidance and services, so as to better create a seamless connection between the platform and the brand suppliers, optimize the order delivery process, and increase the delivery speed.
Secondly, from hardware, we can not exclude the possibility of setting up parallel warehouses, shorten the distance of delivery, and improve the service level.
At present, we do preparatory work in Southern China, East China and other regions.
It is estimated that the total storage capacity of the first warehouses that will be used will double on the original basis, reaching 800 thousand double reserves at the same time to meet the needs of the rapid development of the platform.

Michael: so long as you have been engaged in the management of commodity logistics, what are your requirements for your logistics operation team?
Cai Xin: there are three points.
First, accuracy; second, efficiency; third, standardization.
The three are indispensable, first of all, check the order, check whether the goods issued are consistent with the user orders, and the requirements are 100% accurate. Next is the work efficiency, we must ensure that our order goods distribution and delivery can be completed on the same day. Finally, it is normative, popularly speaking, is the pursuit of unified operation standard, with commodity packaging as an example, from the inside bag to the outer box, from specifications to the firmness of compression, all have strict unified requirements.
