Reporter: what advantages does Yu Hui foam have when compared with the rolling stock?

Wang Xingnan: the liquid volume of the traditional rolling stock is 70%~100%. The principle of action is that the fabric is filled with liquid through the extruder. The degree of extrusion depends on the pressure of the rolling stock and the hardness of the rubber. Due to the deformation characteristics of the rubber, the line pressure may be reduced due to the increase of the pressure.

Therefore, when increasing pressure, the liquid volume can not be reduced.

If the hardness of the rubber roller is increased, the structure of the fabric will be destroyed if the pressure is increased, and the liquid of the fabric can not be reduced.

Because the fabric is subjected to high pressure during rolling, the structure of the fabric is extruded, the structure is affected, and the fullness is affected. When the fabric is soft, the fluffy sensation of the fabric is disappeared, and the three-dimensional feeling of the fabric is not strong. The fabric with jacquard is particularly obvious.

Because of the immersion tank used in the rolling process, the material of the liquid tank needs to be discharged every time a variety is completed, which will cause pollution and waste.

Traditional rolling and spray systems are different from liquid, but the absolute amount of chemicals applied is the same.

That is, foam is used instead of water as a medium to apply chemicals to the fabric.

By spraying, the fabric is directly controlled by computer, and the liquid is directly injected to the best liquid of the fiber. The cotton is about 36%, and the chemical fiber is about 18%. There is no rolling point pressure and no liquid tank, which avoids the problems caused by the traditional rolling stock.

In addition, when drying, energy is greatly saved.

Reporter: what are the requirements for the chemicals used in Yuhui foam finishing or coating, and whether all chemicals can be used?

Wang Xingnan: according to our research and the production practice of our customers, most of the chemicals used in dyeing and finishing can be foamed, but the necessary condition is that chemicals can not be added to defoaming ingredients, and there are very few other chemicals that are defoaming properties.

Individual coating products need to be foamed to control better foam properties, that is, permeability and strength of the coating.

Before the general chemicals are allocated, foaming tests are required. Yu Hui will train the customers in this area after the equipment is sold so that customers can choose chemicals easily.

Reporter: can it be used in dyeing and finishing of denim and woollen fabrics? Can the finishing process of thin fabrics be applied?

Wang Xingnan: cowboy fabric is very suitable for spray finishing and surface dyeing. The reason is that the more heavy fabric is used in traditional dyeing or finishing, the more complex it is, because the amount of liquid used in the rolling mill is high.

With the spray method, the liquid can not enter the fabric.

The wool fabric can also be processed by foam spray. Compared with the characteristics of small batch and multi varieties in the wool textile industry, the denim fabric can reduce the emission effect more obviously in the use season.

Owing to the high cost of lab tests and large production tests, Yu Hui has not done research and promotion on spray processing of wool fabrics at present.

In the finishing process of thin fabrics, Yu Hui has more confidence in the fabric of more than 120 grams, and has also done a lot of production and practice.

For example, the fabric weight of Shandong Lu Tai is lighter, and the effect of the fabric produced by Yu Hui is better after receiving orders.

Reporter: can foam technology be used in the dyeing of long cars? Can paint, reactive and disperse dyes be able to do? What are the characteristics and homogeneity?

Wang Xingnan: foam technology can be applied to the color, very uniform.

This is the uniqueness of Yu Hui equipment and the core patent of the technology.

Yu Hui has carried out dye spray test on the setting machine with uniform color, but the spray machine installed before the shaping machine can only apply paint.

Yu Hui recommends that foam be used for finishing in order to adapt to the new way.

After being proficient, it gradually overdyed the spray, and Yu Hui was sure to apply uniform paint, activity and dispersion. However, Yu Hui did not recommend that customers dye them at the very beginning.

Reporter: how do you make double sided finishing or dyeing of Yuhui foam technology? Can it be used for printing and pretreatment?

Wang Xingnan: the technology of Yu Hui foam is applied by spraying. There is a slit between the top and bottom, which can spray foam into the fabric at the same time. This is to apply the same chemical or dye solution to the fabric, that is, double-sided unified finishing.

If two slits are applied to fabric on both sides of the fabric with different chemicals or dye solution, double side different finishing or coloring can be produced.

If the foam technology is used in printing, for example, before the steaming machine is accurately controlled to wet, the accuracy of Yu Hui can be controlled at 1%, far exceeding the traditional wet way.

However, if 16 sets of colors are used in foam printing, 16 foam generators will be used.

Moreover, Yu Hui foam technology can also be applied in pre-processing, such as mercerization, enzyme treatment, sizing processing and so on.
