Draft Law On Waste Recycling And Disposal Issued By New Textile And Clothing Products, Shoes And Household Linen
The Ministry of ecology and sustainable development of France issued a draft bill entitled "recycling and disposal of waste products for new textile and clothing products, shoes and household linen" in September 11, 2007 (Bulletin No. G/TBT/N/FRA/66), according to the China WTO/TBT advisory and consulting center, which is located in AQSIQ.
The draft act has formulated an organizational procedure for the producer responsibility and planning of textile waste extension.
It is required that the above products wholesalers set up independent organizations and agencies for waste recycling and processing of their products, which are subject to the approval or approval of the government departments.
The donor ratio is determined on the number and / or total output of the unit, and contributions are made to the local authorities responsible for coordinating the sorting of textile waste.
The decree provides for the terms and conditions.
The quality requirements of waste classification and sorting for each approved category operator have been announced.
If it is not approved, the listing of textile products in France will be fined according to third types of offences.
The draft proposed approval date: January 1, 2008.
Effective date: January 1, 2008.
Deadline for comments: 60 days after registration.
