The product covers more than 20 provinces, in order to further highlight the characteristics of leather shoes industry, give full play to the advantages of leather shoes industry with a long history, rapid expansion of scale, and obvious impetus to economic development and increasing farmers' income, the town has actively implemented the strategy of "shoe based town", constantly optimized the development environment of leather shoes industry, and promoted the intensive development and cluster development of leather shoes industry in this town.

The town has invested 80 million yuan in planning and construction of three private industrial parks and a well-equipped and highly qualified leather shoes industrial processing base. It invested 20 million yuan to build a leather shoes consignment market which has reached more than 10 provinces and cities in China and has more than 150 consignment lines. According to the introduction, the town plans to use 2~3 years to plan and build a professional market for shoe materials, shoes glue and shoe machines, to provide convenience for shoe making enterprises and apply for the footwear industry fair in Shandong Province, so as to enhance the popularity of the town, and strive to cultivate several Qingdao municipal or above brands at this stage, get rid of the growth mode of "win by volume" and "low price expansion", at the same time, further expand the consignment routes, increase marketing channels, and cultivate and support the leading enterprises of shoemaking, and enhance the radiation and exemplary role of the development of industrial clusters.

In the strategic roadmap of the town's long-term development plan, we clearly pointed out the objectives that should be achieved in the next five years.

According to the briefing, the town plans to use 4~5 years to standardize the shoemaking industrial base, and form the largest production base of shoe making industry in Jiangbei, which integrates shoe making, shoe material sales, shoe making machinery and shipping market. The annual output of leather shoes and tourist shoes is 350 million pairs, and the output value is 14 billion yuan.

During this period, the town encourages leading enterprises with certain production, business scale and strong economic strength to set up their own shoe industry R & D institutions, improve the output and quality of footwear products, create famous brands, constantly improve the technological level and competitiveness of enterprises, and strive to cultivate more than two national brand names.

In addition, the town will rely on the existing leather shoes consignment market to form a comprehensive consignment market, covering the whole country with sales network.
