The Secretariat of the clothing size series and Code Committee (ISO/TC133) was set up in Changshou City, Jiangsu province. The Secretariat is located in Bosideng Limited by Share Ltd.
It is reported that this is the first international standardization organization settled in Changshu, and is also a historic feature of China's clothing industry in international standardization.

The international garment size and code Technical Committee (ISO/TC133) is one of the members of the international standardization organization. It is responsible for the international standardization of garment size series and code names based on human body measurement. The member states include Italy, France, Japan and Germany.
In the 70s of last century, South Africa received the ISO/TC133 Secretariat qualification, but for various reasons, the size and logo of clothing had not been unified so far.

Beginning in 2007, the National Standardization Management Committee, the China Textile Industry Association, the China clothing association, the Shanghai Clothing Research Institute (the Secretariat of the national garment Standardization Technical Committee) and the Bosideng Limited by Share Ltd and other units made efforts to actively promote the restart of the committee's work.
In July 2010, the international organization for standardization ISO/TC133 formally decided that China and South Africa shared the Secretariat's work.
Bosideng is China's largest brand down garment manufacturer. Bosideng down jacket has won the Chinese market champion for 16 years. Its brand portfolio (Bosideng, Xue Zhong Fei, Kang Bo, Bing Jie) account for 36.7% of the national market, and the annual output of down garments accounts for 1/3 of the global market.
In recent years, Bosideng has actively supported and guided the industrial technology standards, expanded the influence and discourse power of enterprises, and participated in the drafting and revision of 1 international standards, 5 national standards and two industry standards, and formulated 218 technical standards for various enterprises directly.
