The National Footwear Standardization Technical Committee Was Successfully Held In Beijing.

The first five meeting of the national footwear Standardization Technical Committee (hereinafter referred to as the shoe marking Committee) was held in Beijing in from November 22 to 23, 2011. Wang Li, director of the National Standardization Management Committee, deputy director of the Wei Hong, Wang Xuhua, director general of China Light Industry Federation, honorary president of Zhang Shuhua, China Leather Association, senior editor of Zhang Ying, National Standard Publishing House, Yang Chengjie Dean of China leather and footwear industry research institute, and members, observers and representatives of relevant units from Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Chongqing, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Fujian, Guangdong, Shandong, Sichuan and so on, attended 156 meetings.

The meeting was presided over by Qi Xiaoxia, Secretary General of the footwear Standards Committee. The theme of this conference is: Standard - across national boundaries and coordinated development.

Wang Li, director of the two national standardization management committee, delivered a speech, congratulated the convening of the meeting, and made a lot of work under the guidance of the National Standardization Management Committee and the China Light Industry Federation, standardizes the national and industrial standards of the footwear industry, promoted the development of China's footwear industry, actively participated in international standardization work, and continued to participate in international standardization activities. We hope that the shoe licensing committee will make persistent efforts and achieve good results again.

Wang Xuhua, director general of the China Light Industry Federation, said that in the light of the status quo of the standardization of the whole light industry, the work of the shoe marking committee is particularly outstanding. No matter whether domestic standardization or international standardization work is carried out smoothly, especially the international standardization work is becoming more prominent. From the annual meeting of several shoe making committee meetings, the number of members and observers is increasing year by year, which fully represents the stakeholders in the footwear industry. At the same time, when it comes to strengthening the support for standards, the quality standard department is set up and will continue to support the work of the shoe marking Committee in the future.

Zhang Shuhua, honorary chairman of the China Leather Association, pointed out several highlights of the footwear Committee: speed up the internationalization of standard work, speed up the use of science and technology to promote standards, and speed up the pace of standardized personnel training.

Qi Xiaoxia, Secretary General of the shoe making Committee, reported to the delegates on the 2011 annual work report. In the past year, the domestic standardization and international standardization work were introduced, and the breakthroughs and innovations in the standardization of footwear in 2011 were introduced. The joint secretaries of ISO/TC 137 and the convener of ISO/TC 216/WG1 formally convened the founding meeting, and successfully applied for the establishment of the national standard sample Technical Committee professional working group on leather and footwear standard samples, and held the first session of the conference. The footwear cosy international conference was held successfully, the template for product standards was developed, and the national science and Technology Ministry's public welfare project was first applied and approved.

Secretary General Qi Xiaoxia subsequently reported to the delegates on the work plan of the 2012 annual bid committee. In 2012, it will continue to vigorously carry out domestic standardization work and international standardization work, carry out research on public welfare projects, and continue to guide the standardization and approval of the technical committee of leather shoes, and strengthen standards propaganda and other work. Efforts should be made to improve the overall level of footwear standardization in China.
