An Haojie, deputy general manager of China Textile Technology Development Co., Ltd., a member of China's Heng Tian Group, told reporters about the development of the 5 die head (SSMMS) spinning and weaving composite nonwoven production line.
He said that the 5 die head production line is not simply overlapped with the original 4 module production line, but requires a lot of technological innovation and improvement.
The production line adopts the most advanced spunbonded and melt blown technology in the world today. The flexible and integrated design idea is adopted in the design, and its stability and versatility are greatly improved.
He said that in the spunbonded part, the four component feeding device, the precision module spinning box, the digital control and the opening structure of the draft duct and so on have improved the quality, speed and control ability of the paving. In the melt blowing system, the fast spinning assembly can meet the adjustment requirements of different kinds of products.
It is understood that the production line can reach 8000 tons / year, spinning speed up to 500 meters / minute, melt blown monofilament diameter up to 2 microns ~5 microns.

"Compared with the short fiber PPS needle products in the market, the equipment has the advantages of short flow, low labor force, low cost, and good product performance.
At present, there are no similar types of production lines and polyphenylene sulfide filament products in the world.
PPS spunbonded needle punched nonwovens have the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance and flame retardancy. They can work in the range of 170 to 190 degrees, and are the preferred coil materials in the fields of high temperature bag filter, chemical filtration, insulating materials, flame retardant materials and composite materials.
For a long time, PPS resin has produced the filter material by spunbond + needle. Now it belongs to the world's first.
The successful commissioning of the production line has greatly improved the leading level of China's PPS filter material production technology in the world.
An improved engineering production line of Dalian polyamide Spunlaced superfine fiber production line, a new engineering company in Dalian, which is known for its production of new nonwovens equipment, was successfully tested in Langfang Xinyuan nonwovens Co., Ltd.
On the basis of the original two-component (polypropylene / nylon 6) spunbonded spunlace process, the production line has changed a die head to two die heads. A new multi component combination spunbonded spunlaced process has been realized.
The production technology of two-component orange petal microfiber is only a few countries in the world. It has been widely paid attention by the industry because of its high technology content, short production process and wide application of products. The products have been applied in high-end medical, health, high-grade leather substrate, advanced cleaning cloth, clothing and apparel, and so on, which has great market prospects.
Based on the original two-component equipment, Dalian Hua Lun has developed a multi component technology route, providing excellent technical equipment for producing high-grade, super soft and tensile non-woven fabrics.
Catching up with the US, Japan and Europe
At present, though some progress has been made in the innovation of China's nonwoven equipment, the development of high-end products is still insufficient.
Mr. Guo Hexin, the honorary president of the China Spunbonded Nonwoven Industry Association, told reporters that since China could not produce some high-grade nonwovens products, China had to import more than ten million tons of high-grade nonwoven products from abroad to make up for the shortage of domestic demand every year.
He said that although China has more than 800 polypropylene spunbond production lines, but basically they are producing the same species, which has also created fierce competition in the domestic market.
He believes that although the development space of our nonwoven equipment is very large, the production and construction of nonwoven projects must be changed. Specifically speaking, it is necessary to pform into four aspects: high, vertical, deep and wide.
For example, the single head should be changed into multiple heads, single varieties should be changed to many varieties, and functional, differentiated and diversified nonwovens should be produced to change the situation of single varieties.
"At present, none of the world's top forty nonwovens enterprises are produced by single breeds and single stations."
Mr. Guo Hexin said.
Li Lingshen, President of China Industrial Textiles Association, said that with the gradual expansion of the proportion of China's industrial textiles in the total fiber processing in 12th Five-Year, the huge market potential of China's industrial textiles industry will soon be stimulated, which will bring a rare opportunity for the development of nonwoven equipment manufacturers.
However, it is unavoidable that China's nonwovens equipment is still quite different from the international advanced enterprises in terms of automation level, equipment accuracy, technological experiment conditions and quality reliability.
At the exhibition, the reporter saw a nonwoven BOQ online automatic detection analyzer exhibited by a foreign company. It can realize on-line automatic detection, adjust nonwoven weight, achieve automatic control and ensure product quality.
Although the product is small in size, its technical content is very high.
As such a device, our country can not independently produce at present, so the nonwovens equipment enterprises are not self belittling, but should work hard. Only in this way can we catch up with the developed countries such as the United States, Japan and Europe in a very short time.
