Christmas is coming soon in 2011. It is estimated that the French family Christmas budget this year will be 606 euros, 1,9% higher than last year.

It was listed as the top 10 Christmas gifts of France in 2011, including chocolate, perfume cosmetics, jewelry watches, cash red packets, coupons, food, liquor, clothing and shoes, ornaments, books, culture and educational materials.
Although electronic technology products such as tablet computers and flat screen televisions were not included in the 10 largest Christmas gifts of France in 2011, their share increased from 3% in 2010 to 9%.
But 3D TV, once highly watched by the market, was not as expected.
The proportion of 2011 will drop from 18% in 2010 to 6%.
Young people of 18 to 24 years of age with high electronic consumption in France show the latest market shows: -27% hopes to have mobile phones and video games in Christmas gifts.
