Some business owners and businesses have to reduce production or reduce the volume of goods due to backlog.
However, Xu Juan, owner of Yiwu Hao Hao advertising sweater shop, does not seem worried.
A few days ago, she specifically told the factory in Lishui to store 200 thousand T-shirts and PO-LO shirts for sale next spring.
"Foreign trade and domestic sales are changing every year, but business has to be done every year."
Xu Juan said that although the European debt crisis has not yet left and turmoil in the Middle East has followed one wave, it has decided to reserve some stocks in the off-season.
In her view, "people have no worries and worries". If an enterprise or a store has no long-term plan, it will be difficult to do business.
Before communicating with manufacturers, Xu Juan made a total of five models, each with a quantity of 30 thousand ~5 units, with a total of about 200 thousand pieces.

Xu Juan said the price drop was due to falling raw material prices.

According to introduction, there are mainly two kinds of materials for T-shirts and POLO Shirts: cotton fabric and polyester cotton fabric, and the price trend is closely related to cotton.
This year happened to be a year when cotton prices plummeted. In November last year, 33000 yuan / ton of cotton fell back to 19000 yuan / ton.
Affected by this, the main quotation of all cotton yarn needed for the production of cloth was also reduced by about 8000 yuan / ton compared with the beginning of the year.
Therefore, the price of cotton and polyester cotton fabrics both fall down.
At present, the price of cotton cloth with a width of 1.5 meters is quoted at 7 yuan ~15 yuan / meter, compared with 10 yuan ~20 yuan in the beginning of the year, which has dropped by nearly 30%.
Polyester cotton fabric is polyester cotton blended fabric, slightly cheaper, the price of 6 m ~12 yuan / m, the year's decline is comparable to that of cotton fabric.
"Next year's cotton is not sure what the market price is, and now the price is low, more inventory, and so on the demand for a rebound in the peak season, when prices rise, my product has an advantage."
Xu Juan initially judged that there was little room for cotton prices to fall next year.
Therefore, at low prices, some stocks can be prepared for the peak season next year, and the two is to avoid risks arising from the price fluctuation of raw materials.
