    Over half of the respondents were from solar energy and energy saving products and electronic parts products, while others came from Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Shanghai.


    According to the survey, affected by the spread of the European debt crisis, 66% of the surveyed export enterprises said that exports to the European market had declined in the past few months, 35% indicated that their impact was quite obvious, 22% of the companies believed that they could maintain stable exports, and 12% of the enterprises continued to grow in exports.


    Affected by this, 15% of the respondents said they would accelerate the introduction of new products, 11% of the enterprises plan to reduce production costs to increase profits, 10% of the enterprises said they would increase investment in R & D to further improve the quality of products, and 3% of the respondents were considering the relocation of factory houses to areas with lower production costs, and 1% of enterprises said that if the situation did not improve in the short term, they would have to close the factory.


    In response to the slowdown in export orders in Europe, some export enterprises are actively strengthening exports to emerging markets.

    According to the survey, 42% of enterprises indicated that they would further consolidate their market position in South America and Latin America, Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe and Asia Pacific region in the coming months. Meanwhile, nearly 20% of the surveyed enterprises indicated plans to strengthen their penetration in the domestic market.


    A variety of voices say that Europe may be in a tight economic situation. Nevertheless, the survey shows that export companies remain cautiously optimistic about the forecast for exports in 2012: about 29% of the companies surveyed expect to increase their exports to Europe next year, while 34% of them think that sales will remain stable, and that nearly 40% of the surveyed enterprises are expected to further decline in exports to Europe, with a drop of 10% to 20%.
