After inspection, 43 batches of qualified products were qualified, and the qualified rate of sample batch was 61.4%. Only 5 batches of unqualified products were eliminated, and the quality of quality of products was 68.6%.
According to the data released by the Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau, during the spot checks, the 17 batches of Maya Rina and Ai Wei Si brands did not meet the standard requirements.
It is mainly manifested that the fiber content is not consistent with the marked value or the measured fiber does not match the marked fiber composition.
The color fastness of 4 batches of products such as Yi La and AI did not meet the standard requirements.
The main reason for the failure is that the process control is not in place or the inferior dyestuff is used in the production process.
In addition, there are 14 batches of product identification does not meet the standard requirements, 2 batches of products pH value exceeded.
The Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau has, in accordance with the provisions of the product quality law and other laws and regulations, ordered the disqualified production enterprises to stop production and sale of substandard products immediately from the date of receipt of the inspection report, and conduct a comprehensive clearance of the unqualified products.
