Yesterday, the Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau announced the quality supervision and spot check of 9 kinds of products, such as knitted underwear and shoes, of which the lowest qualified rate was knitted underwear.

According to the briefing, the Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau has examined 70 batches of knitted underwear products produced by 68 enterprises in the province. If the batch of unqualified products is identified, the qualified rate of the product's physical quality is 68.6%.

Reporters from the Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau released 22 products list, found that most of them are brand products, including the SIAS bra, sister flower underwear, Shang Yi underwear, Jacqueline bra.

According to the Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau, the spot checks are correct.

Reporters saw yesterday, substandard products

According to the inspectors, there are three main manifestations of the false mark. First, the measured fiber content is not consistent with the marked value, such as "nylon (87 + 5)%, spandex 13%". The measured results are "nylon 66.6%, spandex 33.4%". Two, the measured fiber is not consistent with the tagged fiber dimension component.

If the "nylon 100%" is labeled, the measured result is "polyester fiber 100%".

In addition, some batches of products have no fiber content identification.

Inspectors pointed out that fiber content is an important indicator for determining the performance of clothing. Consumers often choose to purchase clothing products according to the content of the indicated fiber content. The fiber content is inconsistent with or without the identification of fiber components, which will directly damage the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.

Reporters also found that 4 batches of product color fastness does not meet the standard requirements.

Dyestuffs with poor color fastness will easily fall off and fade when exposed to water or sweat.

Professionals say that the main reason for the failure is that the production process is not in place or inferior dyes are used in the production process.
