To this end, the City Education Bureau on the one hand requires these manufacturers to continue to fulfill their commitments during the bid in 2002 and the adjusted prices in 2004 to ensure the supply of primary and secondary school uniforms.

On the other hand, we should actively consider the requirements of improving the price of school uniform manufacturers, and start a new round of bidding for Shenzhen students' clothing manufacturers.

According to the relevant regulations, the Municipal Education Bureau first consulted with the Shenzhen commodity price control department, the municipal development and Reform Commission, when bidding.

"We are mainly looking at whether the procedure is legal compliance, there is no problem in confirming the procedure, plus the signature of the education bureau leader, we agree to sign the agreement."

The official also said that the City Education Bureau had expressed the hope that the price increase was in early August, when the eve of the Universiade was held, considering the social impact, the public sign was postponed, and it was issued at the end of October and early November.
