Up to the beginning of April this year, Dongxing said that under the urgent shortage of yellow toner, a Dongguan toner manufacturer was found on the Internet to buy replenishment.

The company, called Dongguan Zhongxin color powder factory, has provided false fake lead-free toner certificate to Dongxing, but Dongxing has not found any problems.

In April 10th, Dongxing bought 500 kilograms of toner for Zhongxin.

It is these toners that lead to excessive lead content.

Before August this year, the inspection of export toys was conducted by spot checks.

Beginning in August, China's special rectification of export toy quality was first rolled out in Guangdong.

Guangdong entry exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau carried out a net check to 1323 enterprises that had obtained the export quality certificate of toys, suspended the export of 242 enterprises, and revoked the export qualification of 359 enterprises.

At the end of August, Gao Hucheng, Vice Minister of Commerce, explained publicly that 85% of the recalled Chinese toys were mainly due to the release of a new standard for toy materials in May this year. Dealers voluntarily recalled them according to the new standards, which had nothing to do with the quality of Chinese toys.
