In addition, Japan is also a big market for Pinghu garment enterprises. Japan's great earthquake has great impact on the economy of the country, which also leads to a reduction in orders in the Japanese market.

In addition to foreign orders, many garment manufacturers in Pinghu also take orders from famous domestic brands. Orders are the most important in every half year, but due to the warm winter phenomenon, many well-known down garment manufacturers are afraid to produce more.

In the past two days, the relevant person in charge of Pinghu Huacheng Clothing Co., Ltd. has been busy with the railway department, and strive to buy train tickets for the staff to return home for the Spring Festival on time.

The official said that this year, the enterprises did feel the unprecedented pressure, but the employees' welfare and treatment were not discounted. Thousands of new residents returned to the countryside and the train tickets were still paid by the enterprises.

Most enterprises have begun to contact the pport companies. They will send cars to their employees to return home, and after the Spring Festival, they will still charter cars and pick up their employees.

The reporter learned from several major automobile carriers in Pinghu that in previous years, the clothing companies that arranged chartered cars to pick up and send employees had already made phone calls to make reservations, and some hotels also received orders from the clothing enterprises for the new year's Eve.

Guo Jian, the trade union chairman of Jiaxing Xintian Garment Co., Ltd., said that their employees would not be disappointed by the end of the year, and there would be a slight increase over last year.

And they have already begun to publicize to the old staff, after the Spring Festival comes back to work on time, there will be an extra allowance of 80 yuan to 100 yuan per day before the first month of fifteen.
