Before June 1, 2013 (provisional date), the emission limits of pollutants in printing and dyeing enterprises were COD, 100mg/L, then 50mg/L, BOD5 dropped from 25mg/L to 10mg/L, SS dropped from 70mg/L to 30mg/L, ammonia nitrogen decreased from 15mg/L to 5mg/L, and pollutant discharge index of printing and dyeing industry dropped by more than 50%, and heavy metal and other compounds were strictly restricted. The maximum allowable displacement of tons of products must be reduced from 100 cubic meters to 80 cubic meters. allow The drainage volume dropped from 1.8 cubic meters to 1.4 cubic meters.
