    Guangzhou TIT international garment creative park covers an area of 93 thousand and 400 square meters, with a total construction area of about 55 thousand square meters. The park includes several major areas, namely, the design area (famous teacher), the creative district (famous enterprise), the fashion Publishing Center (the famous model), the senior bullhead club, the famous shop Street (famous brand), the service supporting area and the red wine cellar.

    At the same time, the Guangzhou TIT creative park has its own fashion distribution center, spinning Garden Apartment Hotel, Chao Ting Seiko restaurant, spinning Garden Restaurant and other property and supporting facilities. It has become a new carrier for more than 2200 years of historical accumulation and clothing culture in Guangzhou, and is closely related to the landmark buildings such as Guangzhou Pazhou International Exhibition Center, Canton Tower and so on.

    At the same time, a number of garment enterprises engaged in trade OEM in the past have developed independent industries after they settled down in the creative park, and developed their own brands. Their garment enterprises contributed 4 billion yuan in total.


    Plus the creative power of creative enterprises from other fields such as Hongkong Liang Zhitian design studio, CITIC Southern China, SHUTER stationery, 18 storehouse and so on, the radiant output value derived from the creative garden will reach as high as 5 billion yuan.


    The first phase of the TIT Creative Industrial Park in Guangzhou has basically been completed and basically invested, and the first phase has reached 58 enterprises.


    Famous fashion designer Liu Yang, Qu Ting Nan and famous model Wang Dong set up design studio in the park.

    In addition, a number of clothing brands from France, Britain and Italy are also stationed in creative gardens, and brand stores are built in the brand street of the park.
