Liu Shoucheng: Wuhou District has achieved remarkable achievements over the past few years compared with itself. In the past five years, Wuhou District's GDP has doubled, and this year's revenue is 3.5 times that of 2006. quality It's not bad. But if put in the scope of Chengdu City, Wuhou District's development speed is not faster than two or three circles. I feel the biggest problem is that the industrial level and grades need to be improved. The task of structural adjustment is relatively heavy, the level of urbanization needs to be improved, the cultural characteristics have not been fully established, and the cultural resources and accumulation have not yet played a better role.

Reporter: what are the preparations for Wuhou District's "goose soaring"?

Liu Shoucheng: Wuhou District should make full use of its existing regional advantages and existing industrial bases to develop itself and serve the economic development of Chengdu in the whole region. First of all, we should do our job well. Secondly, according to the industrial layout of the whole city, we should transfer the existing industries to other circles, such as some manufacturing industries and traditional services to two or three circles, and make good use of the two or three circles of resources. We know that the central city has few resources and environmental capacity. Therefore, we must give full play to the resources superiority of the two or three circles, achieve the full integration of all circles in the development, and further enhance the strength of Wuhou District by means of the common development of the two or three circles.

Reporter: this involves a problem of industrial transfer. How does Wuhou District consider it?

Liu Shoucheng: first of all, there must be a high standard of planning, including urban planning and industrial layout planning. The future of Wuhou District is a modern and internationalized city, with a focus on the development of modern service industries.

According to this position, our idea is to transfer the existing manufacturing industry to the two or three circles gradually, and transfer traditional service industries, such as auto parts and furniture market, to the districts and counties that are in line with the overall planning of Chengdu. For example, sales of motor vehicles and auto parts, and our strategic cooperation with Longquanyi, "moving east of South China steam", transferred automobile and spare parts sales to Longquan. In furniture, Wuhou and Pengzhou, Xindu have cooperation, the footwear industry is transferred to Chongzhou and Jintang.

This is not only for Wuhou District to help other counties, but also for other districts and counties to help Wuhou District. After moving out, Wuhou District will be able to free up resources to develop high-end industries and modern service industries, which will benefit the central city and the two or three circles.

Reporter: what is the proportion of service industry in Wuhou District in the future? What level will the total economy reach after five years?

Liu Shoucheng: the proportion of the third industry in Wuhou District is 71.6%, which is relatively high in the central urban area. But there is still a big gap between real estate and high-end cities. When we put forward the "12th Five-Year plan", we put forward that the proportion of Wuhou District's service industry should be close to or even more than 90% at the end of 12th Five-Year, which is the driving force behind the upgrading and transformation of Wuhou industry.

Next, the manufacturing industry in Wuhou District should be adjusted step by step. The proportion of the second industries in the previous five years has been reduced by 4 percentage points, the third industry has increased by 4 percentage points, and the service industry in the future will be bigger than the important ones. On the scale of economy, we plan to break through 100 billion yuan in GDP within five years, and break through 20 billion yuan in revenue.

Reporter: Wuhou District has identified 6 high-end industries, and we have noticed that there are electronic information industries. How does Wuhou District manifest its differentiation advantage in developing the electronic information industry? Footwear industry is a traditional industry in the usual concept. What is the work that Wuhou District needs to accomplish in the high-end shoe industry?

Liu Shoucheng: the same industry is divided into the front and rear end, high, middle and low levels, the orientation can be different. In the electronic information industry, hi-tech zones have been developing vigorously over the years. There is a complementary relationship between Wuhou District and high tech zones. Wuhou District has no resources to carry out the large-scale electronic information manufacturing industry, but we develop IT headquarters economy and do close links to the market. For example, the IT electronics market in Wuhou District has the advantage of clustering, which is impossible for other regions to do.

In the footwear industry, Wuhou District will develop high-end and light industry R & D design in the future and transfer manufacturing links to Chongzhou and Jintang. Reporter: in your opinion, how should Wuhou District interact with the two or three circles?

Liu Shoucheng: inclusive development includes many areas, not only in the economic field, but also in social undertakings. From the perspective of economic development, we transfer the manufacturing base and some traditional services to the two or three circle. At the same time, when the two or three circles of enterprises develop to a certain extent and need headquarters and need more open platforms, Wuhou District will provide some carrier space.

Integration and interaction are more important in social undertakings. There will be interaction in the 123 circles. For example, interaction between Wuhou and Xinjin and Chongzhou in education, I think this is a global concept.

Renmin Road, the world's top 500, will be selected as the first choice.

Reporter: between Wuhou District and Tianfu New District, there is a connected main axle people's South Road. How are the formats of the region planned?

Liu Shoucheng: according to the planning of the whole city and the development idea of Wuhou District, the people's southern area should plan nearly 8 million square meters of commercial buildings. The planning, design and construction of these commercial buildings are very modern. Through the transformation of the building, the upgrading of the regional format and the upgrading of the urban form will be more frequent. After that, it will be a grade A office building, a five star hotel and a large commercial complex. The construction of Renmin Road will play a bridge role between the old city zone and Tianfu new area.

We hope that in a few years, we will build the southern section of the people's southern road into a window to demonstrate the strength and international image of Chengdu. At the same time, we will become the first choice for the top 500 world famous enterprises to enter Chengdu.
