The provincial cotton association found that the bad timing of cotton sales in the past three years is an important factor affecting cotton farmers' income.

Some cotton farmers did not sell at the price of 7 yuan per catty last year, but this year they had to sell at a price of 3.2 yuan / kg, and suffered heavy losses.
