A Number Of Ministries And Commissions Are Expected To Boost The Consumption Policy Of Local Commodity Circulation.

Reporters recently learned from the Ministry of Commerce's internal trade work conference, the State Council led the formation of many ministries and commissions.

The survey was led by the ministerial leadership of the 16 departments of the general office of the State Council, the Ministry of development and reform, the Ministry of finance, the Ministry of Commerce, the people's Bank of China and the State Administration of taxation. It was divided into 8 research groups to go to Shanghai, Jiangsu, Liaoning, Henan, Guangdong, Beijing, Shandong, Sichuan, Chongqing, Shaanxi and other provinces and municipalities.

The above sources revealed that the research contents include: improving circulation efficiency and facilitating people's life; ensuring product quality and promoting production development.

The purpose of the investigation is to find out the existing problems, from the perfection of laws and regulations and relevant standards, and the financial aspects.

Hong Tao, a professor at Beijing Technology and Business University, told reporters that the reform of the circulation industry was obviously speeding up, and the relevant policies to encourage and guide the development of the circulation industry were concentrated.

Song Ze, director of the Circulation Industry Research Office of the Institute of Finance and trade of the Academy of Social Sciences, said that in terms of circulation, next year's emphasis should be on reducing circulation costs, lowering the final selling price and preventing prices from rebounding.

Instead of reducing the cost of circulation as an expedient measure, we should make long-term plans.

Reporters also learned that the Ministry of Commerce, led by the domestic trade "12th Five-Year" plan has been basically finalized.

This is China's first national level domestic trade development plan.

The contents of the plan include five aspects: first, balancing the development of domestic and regional trade in urban and rural areas; two, paying attention to the construction of commodity circulation system, which covers commodities such as agricultural products, means of production, consumer goods and renewable resources; three, paying attention to the development of life service industry, highlighting the importance of people's livelihood and industry; four, cultivating the competitiveness of the main body of the market, especially the development of small and medium-sized micro enterprises; five, the modernization of circulation, including the technological progress of the circulation industry, the development of e-commerce, the development of the chain industry and the development of the logistics distribution system.

In addition, there will be specific provisions in the planning to reduce the circulation costs and provide six or seven specific projects.

Some experts said that the Ministry of Commerce has been responsible for formulating the ministerial level circulation industry development plan. The content is mainly confined to the terms of reference of the Ministry of Commerce, and this time it has been upgraded to a national plan that requires ministries and committees to coordinate. This shows the government's determination to promote consumption.
