Prospects For Industrial Textiles In 2012

The seventh annual conference of China spinning round table forum was held in Beijing this afternoon. The theme of this forum is "China Textile in 2012".

Good host, everyone.

As chairman Gao and the host said, textile products have received high attention in the past two years, and they will be used in 2020.

As for a basic judgement in 2012, we believe that the overall situation is just like what President Gao said, and we are optimistic about the main factors.

The primary industries are new materials, new energy sources and friendly environment.

For these basic materials, they are less susceptible or less affected by some income and other factors.

Second aspects of the better situation, our industry is labor intensive, capital intensive industries, the pfer capacity is relatively strong.

For example, the labor cost growth is 30%, the ability to bear labor cost pressure is relatively strong, the non manufacturing prices per ton increase by US $50, for the manufacture of more than 20 thousand yuan, it is completely digestible, we are always 20000 or 30000 tons, and the pfer pressure is very small.

The third aspect is relatively low dependence on foreign trade.

Our exports account for less than 10%, less than 20%, which is also favorable.

There are governments at all levels and enterprises, including some clothing in the past, are investing in this area, and some are not investing in textiles, including China Textile Group.

"12th Five-Year" includes last year, this year, our industrial textiles sixteen categories, I briefly introduce six types of development.

For example, medical and health applications, we are now a big country in the production of national medical and health pipe products. This year, more from the general health products to maintain rapid growth, the development of applied protective products, to the development of bio applied textiles, the market penetration rate is also very large.

According to the statistics of relevant departments, the market penetration rate of women's hygiene products is only 65% now, infant diapers are only 29%, and the elderly incontinence class is only 2%. Our one-time operation is only 5%. Doctors seldom wear disposable clothes. They are all pure cotton or washed many times. This market space attracts large numbers of enterprises at home and abroad to invest.

The second category is that we are developing faster filtration and separation.

Not long ago, we fired PM2.5, and our water wave filtration led to the development of this industry. Our country's 75% is thermal power generation. Because of the poor coal situation, the high temperature filtration, from 200 mg per cubic metre to 50 mg, may also drop to 30 mg. In the past, the electrostatic precipitator method was eliminated, and the output of our green belt was greatly improved.

Third categories of construction and geotechnical categories, high speed rail, 4 trillion pull off the abolition, ten thousand documents last year, a large number of water conservancy projects, on a project 200 million square meters of geo engineering and geotextiles, including railways, highways, recently began to resume growth, the East car incident basically eliminated.

The fourth area is safety and protection. With the focus on people's livelihood, people oriented development, including medical malpractice compensation indicators, has been greatly improved.

Now, the death rate of a person has reached millions of medical accidents, and the demand for medical application textiles is very large. Now there are more than 280 enterprises with production qualification. The annual domestic market demand is 20 million sets, and a variety of protection are integrated into the industry, and the industry will develop rapidly.

The fifth category of pport vehicles, according to the Auto Association's 2015 development target, was 30 million vehicles, which greatly promoted the development of the whole vehicle airbag, seat belts and carpets.

Sixth the development of composite materials, including the use of carbon fiber and wave fiber, is the first country in the world for composite materials in the whole industry since 2010.
