During the forum, Zhou Tienong, chairman of the Central Committee of the Kuomintang, suggested that the report increase the content of the reform of monopoly industries, raise the awareness of leading cadres at all levels and respond to the voice of the masses.

Huang Mengfu, chairman of the all China Federation of industry and commerce, said that we should make clear the time limit and promptly implement the "36 new" supporting policies to encourage and guide the healthy development of private investment.

"The implementation details must be worked out in the first half of this year."

Wen Jiabao said that in his view, promoting the reform of monopoly industries is an important task of economic restructuring.

To adapt to this, it is necessary to promote private capital to enter the fields of finance, energy, pportation and social undertakings. This not only alleviates the difficulties of economic development, but also promotes the development of the whole undertaking.
