The survey results show that the recommended catalogue has attracted the attention of the competent authorities at all levels, and has been widely adopted by enterprises, and has achieved obvious economic and social benefits.

It is reported that the reporting units must be domestic and foreign printing and dyeing enterprises with legal person qualification, domestic and foreign auxiliaries, printing and dyeing enterprises at home and abroad, environmental protection enterprises at home and abroad, and research institutes related to tertiary institutions.

Declaring the advanced technology of energy saving and emission reduction projects, its technology level has reached the advanced level of international advanced technology or the leading position in similar technologies in China; the energy saving and emission reduction effect is remarkable; the technology is mature, economical, practical, and can be widely promoted.

The scope of declaration includes the application of clean energy, clean production technology such as energy saving, water saving, consumption reduction, emission reduction, high efficiency, low consumption and environment-friendly dyes and auxiliaries, energy saving and water saving printing and dyeing equipment, gas, liquid, solid waste disposal and recycling technology and equipment, and energy saving and emission reduction effect management system.

After deliberation by experts, the association will issue technical certificates to the selected catalogue of advanced technologies for energy saving and emission reduction in China's printing and dyeing industry, and organize various forms of publicity and promotion such as media and exhibitions.
