It is learnt that the clothing industry is the traditional dominant industry of Cha Shan. In recent years, Cha Shan town has actively improved its supporting policies, made a comprehensive industrial planning, effectively integrated the resources of garment industry, and actively implemented the brand driving strategy, thus effectively promoting the optimization and upgrading of the garment industry in the whole town.

At present, the town has 576 garment enterprises, including fashion, children's wear, casual wear, underwear, swimsuit, windbreaker and so on. It has a number of independent clothing brands with a certain influence, such as que taro, rabbit logo and master's cat.

The annual output of clothing is 281 million pieces (sets), and the total industrial output value is 5 billion 423 million yuan.
