The park is based on the relocation of Xi'an textile enterprises. It takes the undertaking of the gradient pfer of Eastern industries as the focal point, and takes the textile and clothing, aerospace technology, new materials, equipment manufacturing, modern services as the leading industry. It connects with the Hongqing northern energy chemical base, the central Xiangyang and Qinghua Industrial Zone, and forms an environmental protection industrial industrial gathering area with output value of over ten billion yuan, and a modern industrial park with reasonable layout, complete functions, perfect facilities and first-class service.
The park is located in the east of the Ba River in Baqiao District, Xi'an, southwest of the Hong Qing group, about 3 km away from the core area of the textile city.
